The 5 main burners can be ignited from a single source. Use the grill light (freestanding only) for night cooking. You can also organize your condiments with the convenient condiment tray.

The durable, easy-to-clean, cast iron, porcelain-coated grates are rounded on one site for cooking juicy foods such as burgers and steaks and flat on the other side to cook tender foods such as fish. The extra deep firebox and Vermont Castings-exclusive cast iron end caps are designed to maintain convection heat for locking in flavours and juices. The Signature sear plates will redirect grease and juices away from the flames and distribute heat evenly across the entire five-burner cooking surface.
