The four burners and up to 69,500 BTUs of heat on a 753-square-inch surface delivered by the Vermont Castings VCS401 gas barbecue will cater to your every barbecue need. You can cook at any time on your grill by using the standard LED flex grill light.
Vermont Castings has introduced its Signature FlavorSeal System for 2011, a system which has been designed to lock in flavours and juices and enhance them for you and your friends and loved ones. The cast iron, durable, easy-to-clean, porcelain-coated grates are rounded on one site for cooking juicy foods and flat on the other side for cooking tender foods. The Vermont Castings-exclusive cast iron end caps and extra deep firebox are designed to maintain convection heat for locking in flavours and juices. The Signature sear plates will redirect grease and juices away from the flames and distribute heat evenly across the entire four-burner cooking surface.
