The outstanding 80,000 BTU/hour high efficiency (up to 63%) heat output of the Dave Lennox Signature Collection Montecito Estate 46" wood burning fireplace will deliver soothing warmth to you and your loved ones. The Montecito Estate will burn for up to 8 hours and can heat up to 2,500 square feet of space. The heat-activated variable-speed blower and time-delayed distribution deliver even comfort, while the time-delayed Air Boost system offers fast and easy ignition. Optional gravity vent kits provide double ducting in order to heat multiple rooms at once.
The non-catalytic combustion and air wash included with the Montecito Estate wood burning fireplace keep it it easy to operate and maintain.
The Montecito Estate wood burning fireplace is one of the more aesthetically pleasing fireplaces we offer, with a textured refractory-lined firebox to provide the appearance of traditional masonry and decorative andirons.
